Open a property manager account
Opening an account takes one exchange: write to us at info@super-serrurier.ch with the name of your agency and the list of buildings concerned. We agree on the framework (spending limits, approvals, instructions per building), then your managers and tenants get the on-call number. The rates are the same as those published on this site: call-out and opening flat rate from CHF 120, extra hour from CHF 99 if the work runs long, emergency surcharge from CHF 60 depending on the time. The price, including any emergency surcharge, is announced before every call-out, and if we can't open, nothing is billed.
