This policy describes how Super Serrurier Sàrl (Boulevard Saint-George 70, 1205 Genève) processes your personal data, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP).

What data do we collect?

When you use our form or call us, we only collect what is needed to organise the call-out: your name, your phone number, the address or commune of the job and the description of the problem. If you send us photos by WhatsApp, they are used solely for the diagnosis.

Like any website, our host also records technical logs (IP address, pages visited, timestamps) for security and proper operation.

Why do we use this data?

Exclusively to call you back, organise and carry out the work, issue the invoice and, if you request it, put together the file for your insurance. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not pass it on to any third party for commercial or advertising purposes.

Who has access to it?

Our locksmiths and our administration, plus two technical service providers:

— Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva), which hosts this site and its server logs in Switzerland;
— Google, only in connection with the public reviews our customers publish on our Google listing. Important note: simply browsing this site sends no data to Google — the reviews displayed are served locally from our own hosting, with no script or request to Google's servers.

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics tools.

How long do we keep your data?

Requests that go no further are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. Data linked to an invoiced call-out is kept for the Swiss statutory accounting retention period (10 years), then deleted. Server logs are kept for a few months at most by the host.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to the data we hold about you, its correction or deletion, or object to a processing operation. Just write to info@super-serrurier.ch; we reply within 30 days. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
